"Hello again, This set was SEALED when I shipped it. I bought these online as BRAND NEW & SEALED ... " (more), just as I shipped it to you. If you had a problem upon receiving it, I wish you would have made contact with me FIRST instead of leaving a neutral feedback, ...which no oil in it could NOT have been my fault, as it was sealed. I do not believe I deserved a neutral feedback from you as like I said, HOW could it be my fault when it was SEALED?? ...And if you would have told me about it~ I could have probably called the company I purchased from & had it replaced for you. Why didn't you contact me FIRST?? I don't understand why people leave feedback such as this when they don't even let the seller know what is wrong so we could help maybe try to fix the problem?? ......Which again~ I do not have any control over why the bottle had no oil?? I do not feel I should have to open up NEW SEALED products to check them~ I don't think bidders would appreciate me doing that! I am sorry you feel you had to leave a neutral for me & I wish you much luck but sorry, you have 3 negatives right now & I don't feel comfortable allowing you to bid on my future auctions, so I have BLOCKED you from bidding. When someone sends you something BRAND NEW STILL SEALED IN THE PLASTIC~ it is not their fault if something should not be up to parr. Had you brought it to my attention, I could have helped you get it fixed but you chose to do a not-so-nice thing. I don't have patience to deal with people like yourself anymore. Sorry. Do the right thing next time & give your seller a chance to fix the problem."
