"This listing clearly stated a S/H fee before Buyer placed a bid. She is rude, threatening, dishones ... " (more)t, manipulative; and although she has shopped with us on various occasions, she is no longer welcome and is banned from our auctions. She has had plenty of opportunity to make this transaction right, and is down right dishonest, more concerned with getting something for free than taking responsibility for the choices that you make. We have spent well over $1000 on Free Shipping, and she has no concern for a fellow member, only getting what she can from someone misfortunate for free. Very sad. "
