Actually my computer has been broken since I signed up on here in July. I thought you have 30 days at least to communicate & deliver?? It has only been 3 weeks total. Anyway. you got your credits back and the item was shipped 2 weeks ago. I am in California and it takes 4-8 weeks for anyone in Canada to get mail right now. Sorry you had a "negative" experience but so did I and I am not even allowed to check a "negative" box. Hope you like it!
