He did not dispute the fact that the games were in terrible condition. He told me to send them back and he would give me a refund. I paid to send them back and he received them without giving me a refund. The seller went as far as calling me a liar and saying that I switched the games. He made it seem as though by some weird chance I had these exact games that were broken. After filing a dispute with Listia, they settled in my favor and refunded my credits. I will never do business with this seller again!"
