She then tried to make me look bad in my feedback, after I supplied a refund, saying that my internet was shut off because I "didn't pay the bill" where as in fact, the PORT is BROKEN at my SCHOOL which I have no control over besides calling tech support to get it fixed which I have!!!! VERY rude and accusatory!!! I have never met a rude Listian, but I guess there's a first time for everything! "
