Nor did you mention it takes a DOCKING STATION, you just said no USB. My bad on that for not researching, nor did you mention it had gotten wet! You can see it in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, so I hope in the future you will be more careful with electronics, it wasn't even wrapped in anything to avoid impact with other postal shipping items. I gave you your credits, I'll just mark it up to lesson learned. I'll order a USB and see if that will do it any good, but due to the other factors I should have given you a negative feedback but this time I'll just go with neutral."
