"I was sent a photo that was advertised to ship in a cardboard mailer for protection. It arrived in ... " (more)a plain envelope thus, suffering damage. Then I immediately notice that there's something on it. Apparently, there was spots of the photo where the picture was rubbed off and somebody tried to hide it with a marker. Some of it even came off on my thumb! So I filed for a refund and politely explained why, and if they wanted the photo back, to send me a self addressed stamped envelope. That's when someone replied very rudely and blamed it on his/her wife. He/she was rude from then on. To make a long story short, the entire experience sucked! Bid at your own risk!"
