" (more)they were "in a fog from their husband's recent death". i found conflicting stories on "her" feedback about other buyers who were conned from this person and heard the same dead husband story. interestingly, her "dead husband" is either very much alive and well using the name: joseph96 and/or she also uses his account. either way it's both creepy and sick. if my husband died or any of my loved ones i sure would not be on listia "pre odering items" as she said she does and selling them on here to make money. would stay away."

" (more)get ahold of. claimed days after winning "i've been very sick" same old song and dance. i am half paralyzed and still manage to send out items and in a prompt manner with tracking. seller is so stupid they gave me a neutral rating when i did nothing. had to get credits back. i told seller multiple times i would rather item over credits please just send the item but they would not respond one way or another. would not trust this person. complete flake. note: any of the neutral ratings i have (as a buyer only) are regarding other deadbeat sellers many who had no ratings and i thought i'd give them a chance i ended up getting burned and these people have the nerve to give a buyer who did nothing but bid on an item they never received a bad rating. this practice is wrong and should be stopped by listia. "

Personally I ALWAYS get DC to cover myself b/c when I sell on Ebay there is times that the PO makes mistakes and there's no way you can prove anything. Should really get DB, especially if item is over 1,000 credits and going to the other side of country. Also, if it were me I would have sent something in it's place and I have known other sellers to do that."
