Suffice it to say, had the seller provided me tracking information at any time following my multiple requests, this may have ended differently. Ignoring customer emails is not good customer service. This guy has the propensity to keep changing his story and his feedback, I wish I had thot to copy them (3 auctions) before he changed them AGAIN. First he claimed I didn’t pay for one I did and that he had track number to prove he sent one I didn’t pay for and back n forth –every comment claimed something different. Bottom line, had this seller provided the accurate information when requested I would not have filed for refunds and could have taken my concern to the USPS. As it is, when I FINALLY received the ONE dvd-which he sent to the wrong address, I voluntarily and immediately canceled the request for refund. His ceaseless harassing emails (14 in 2 days) to the person who paid him for me via payapl is inexcusable. Lista had to tell him to cease."
