I shipped the auction item out to this member along withthe support ticketreceipt to prove that it was shipped. I even refunded the buyers credits of 514 in a timely manner and promised to send her another item for free. The buyerstill was very rude about it and left me a negative feedback reply which wasn't necessary and I didn't deserve it as I did ship the item, then gave back thecredits and stated I'll shipping another to replace it. The buyer is nothingbut a liar and just wanted to keep the item and get her credits back. She'svery sneaky and if she can get away with it she will. Not everyone has theoption of providing tracking to items and this member sure is one that willtake full advantage of that. I did my part and mailed it & had the copyfrom the post office to prove it, then I even gave her credits back and promisedmailed out a new set of cards to her to try and show her I am doing my best towork with her but she still was very rude with me, she’s no ethical and triedto ruin my reputation on Listia. It wasn't fair at all. I advise all membersdealing with this member to be sure and provide a tracking number or she willlie to the moderators to get her credits back."
