"Winner did not complete transaction. Left me neutral feedback cause she couldn't read the detai ... " (more)ls of the auctions. She didn't read where shipping was PayPal only. Although it was stated. That is not my fault. She then opened a dispute asking for credits back, without even contacting me at all. Then she took the dispute back. She made no efforts to send money via PayPal. I sent information needed to pay shipping, it wasn't until I told her she needed to pay for shipping, she cont. to inform me she wasn't paying shipping. Member is blocked from future auctions. And proper feedback as been left. People need to stop being so lazy and READ the auctions they are bidding on BEFORE they bid. Anywhere else you would rec'd a non payment mark and after so many be banned, I think Listia should do the same here. Lately seems everyone is bidding without reading. Such a shame."
