"after sending payment and waiting 2 weeks to get the item, I contaacted the seller. Seller told me ... " (more)that they "got behind" and would send it within the week and asked for my address again (it was sent in the message in the e-mail that paypal sends) anyway so I resent my address and never heard from this seller again. I followed sellers instructions to pay via paypal and mark it as personal....little did I know that I could not file a dispute because it was marked personal as opposed to goods/services. I am more upset about being scammed out of cash than 3 credits....I would have let it go, but because seller does not respond to any attempts of mine to contact him/her for a refund, I am not impressed. Bidder beware...if you bid on this person's auctions, NEVER use the "personal" option in paypal or you won't get your shipping fees back!"
