" (more) behavior,but since this person has seen fit to continue to be angry about what I do not know since her credits were refunded and item had free shipping so she lost nothing. So I have to defend myself against her remarks about me. Negative feedback: This woman is an abuser of Listia because she requested a refund within an hour of contacting me about item being broken and when I didn't refund her credits within that hour she got very angry. Then blocked me from contacting her within that same hour. (I wasn't home to answer her request at the time she asked for refund) If she hadn't blocked me I wouldn't even have disputed this. But I did due to her behavior. Now I ask myself why would someone do this (angry asap & block so quickly)? I have a pretty good idea but will not speculate on this. I followed Moderators instructions and refunded her credits and gave tracking number as asked by Moderator. Item was not poorly wrapped and anyone who has received items from me knows this. Now the person who's word isn't reliable is this persons. Never PROMISED any money! This is a credit system is it not? For someone who received a refund I find it strange that she's angry again or is it still angry? And about what? She received refund and I received a destroyed piece of my jewelry and I'm not angry! So why is she? "
