"I put alot of thought into leaving this neutral feedback. I did receive the item a day or 2 ago aft ... " (more)er she sent it to the wrong address originally (so it took me nearly 3 weeks to receive). I had recently moved, and when I sent her money through paypal for shipping it reflected my old address instead of my new address and she went by that instead of using my listia verified address which was my new address. When I tracked it and discovered that it went to the wrong state I emailed her 3 times as I was not sure what would happen since all the tracking number said was undeliverable to address. She did not once write me back. Luckily the phone found it's way to my new address but I feel the lack of communication & very poor packaging (a thin piece of paper cardboard material and duct tape was not worth my $5.00. I'm surprised the phone didn't break in transit. "

" (more) that if they were not going to use my preferred method of paypal that I would accept cash (sent with a DC to prove they sent). 14 days ago they said they would send cash. I wrote back asking them to make a note of which auction it was they won with & their name (with the cash). Since then I have wrote 3 emails asking if they had sent the money yet and no response."

I provided my paypal for shipping costs to be sent to and asked her to send listia verified address. 2 emails later and now 13 days since the auction has finished I still have not received shipping payment and only that 1 communication.I do understand things happen, but per listia policy you have 7 days, and I believe I gave more than enough time for her to contact me after the auction ended and after her 1 email."
