" (more) her paypal address to pay (as I was paying from my paypal balance), she then explained she did not take paypal. I felt a bit unfair especially since she did not make clear in her description that she accepted only concealed cash or money order. Despite the fact that I felt it was unfair that she was unclear I was planning on sending the money. Then my laptop ended up in the shop and I no longer had the money available. I nicely asked if she would be willing to refund my credits (it's not unusual for 2 listians to come to an understanding) and she ignored me & then left me negative feedback. I could have dealt with neutral based on the fact I couldn't end up paying, but I did let her know. It's sad some listians are so rude."

I am very understanding, but explained since it had been over a month that as per listia's policy I was entitled to keep the credits & relist after 7 days. I gave her more than enough time to contact me, and emailed her several times during that month with not a single communication back. She's obviously upset that I ddi not refund her credits, but this is listia's policy that I am following, and I feel also that wiaiting for over a month warrants me to keep the credits morally as well. Sorry she gave me neutral feedback but I could not refund buyers remorse/no money AFTER 1 month. If she would have asked me before the 7 days was up I would have considered it."
