So I sent her a second message asking again for her Listia approved address but she sent her address via messages and not via Listia's Verified address feature. I replied less than two minutes after she sent me the message to ask her for Listia approved address but did not get any response for another 8 days now although I sent her messages trying to reach her and explain to her that the Listia staff said I could relist if she does not give Listia's Verified address. It has now been 16 days since the end of the auction and still no Listia's approved address. Sorry, but waited long enough so keeping the credits but not relisting the item as the coupon will expire in less than 2 weeks. Thx anyways."
"I am very disappointed not to have received the dress after a month of waiting although the seller ... " (more)seemed nice. Indeed, seller contacted me right after the end of the auction, to check my address. Then, a few days later, she told me that her son made a whole in the dress. I was still willing to give her the credits and get the dress if I could repair it so she said she would ship it the day after. Meanwhile, I received a reminder from Listia to request a refund if needed, which I did (I informed the seller that I did not want to take any chances since I got a very bad experience before with another user and did not want this to reproduce but that I would cancel the request as soon as I receive the dress) and seller agreed to refund me. The seller then told me that the package got shipped back to her and that she would ship it again. That last message from her was 16 days ago and I did not hear from her again although I tried to reach her twice and she logged in to Listia many times since then. In the end, I'm glad I requested a refund because I still did not receive the dress even if I tried to be patient, kind and understanding with the seller everytime she had a bad news about the whole in the dress and then problems with shipping. It really is the same pattern I got with that other user before: promises to ship, then gets back with many excuses about why I still did not receive the dress and finally I do not hear from her again. But it is now time to get over this second disappointing experience. Hope it will be better for both of us next time."
