"Seller is selling OUT OF DATE MAKEUP. I won the first auction for our friend Ms Graeve on here as s ... " (more)he's a Mary Kay Consultant. According to her ALL the items she received on the first auction were AT LEAST 3 YRS OLD and some were USED which was against the rules. I saw on here several people who knew Mary Kay Cosmetics saying how OLD these items were and FLAGGED the auction but it wasn't taken down and i got stuck as auction winner. I immediately paid for fear of negative feedback and contacted Listia.com. Listia.com agreed giving me back my credits ASAP.I told the seller do NOT send these items #1 and have also requested my s/h back from Paypal since the seller will NOT be sending this at my request! This was definately VERY Misleading and it has been brought to the powers that be of Listia.com"

" (more)VE is AT LEAST 3 YRS OLD, one of the nail polishes was like water, some of the cream blushes were USED (AGAINST LISTIA POLICY ) and one of the eyeshadows was also USED.. again against listia policy! and this is also a HEALTH HAZARD. This is why listia gave me back my credits so rapidly! In fact Graeve got it and took pictures of what was sent. The items were to be NEW and FULL SIZED. Don't know about you but NEW to me does NOT mean out of date! Plus I paid for Del Conf # and seller never provided it b/c according to Graeve was NEVER sent w/ Del Conf # that I paid for! Feel Totally Ripped off! "
