" (more)re was a PO mistake NOT ME the post office and I have NO control over that at all NONE....and I told the buyer I would refund ASAP if they requested a refund and that I was truly sorry and still he was RUDE to me saying I didnt inform him until after he contacted me...I didnt inform him because the PO said they werent sure if the stamps would be returned or if he would get them so I was waiting to see if he received them so that makes me a BAD seller...but I did refund his credits to him as soon as I received the request...I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE POST OFFICE and believe it or not THEY DO SCREW UP SOMETIMES....would NOT deal with again...I cant stand rude people even though I am the one who said I would refund the credits immediately if he wanted a refund he was still RUDE!!!!"
