" (more)ing shipping would be around $15 to ship a phone and I kept telling her no cell phone costs $15 to ship. You can ship them for $5.20 flat rate box. After a day of arguing about this seller finally agreed to ship the following Monday if I would claim I already received the item so the credits would be released to her. I agreed to do so b/c she has 23 positive feedbacks. So I release the credits and I am waiting for Monday to come around. Seller sends me a message saying she doesn't know if the phone can be activated unless she is with me inside the store? I told her to look on the back of the phone for the ESN number so I can verify if it can be activated or not. Seller claims she doesn't know how to open the back of the phone!! So I ask her to just call Verizon and ask them to release the phone from her account. Monday comes around and seller sends me a message saying this phone can not be activated so she will not be shipping today and for me to put a request in to get a refund on my credits. I have sent several messages asking why and how does she know. She continues to ignore all messages and my messages for my refund! I sent several messages to the seller asking to please refund my credits. ALL MESSAGES IGNORED UNTIL THE LISTIA REFUNDED MY CREDITS!! I would NEVER EVER bid on this seller's auction EVER AGAIN!!!!!"
