Buyer wants a full refund but still keep the item. I admitted to my error in simply going by the label count (9 instead of 10), but she is stubborn, rattling off how much more experienced and better than she is from me. Listia is about sharing and giving. Please be wary of this buyer, as she is beyond reasoning - probably better to simply refund any won credits from her than deal with shipping your items to her. "
