Don't know if anything would have happened if I had not filed the dispute. I do know that fired you up to finally get it sent, but after the knowledge that a dispute was coming. I think a neutral rating is the best that I can do. As I suggested a long time a go, if you are unable to get around, it is time to take a break. I have been more than patient. Thankfully it finally worked out and I received the DVD on Monday, 22 Aug, after filing a dispute. Thank you for not just giving up. I now have a DVD that I wanted. Thank you. Jim "

"Auction closed on 3 Aug. Despite my almost daily sending him messages all I ever got was 2 promises ... " (more) that he was or had shipped, neither of which were true. I disputed the auction to Listia and on 21 Aug Listia awarded my credits back to me. A neutral rating is stretching it. Thank you. Jim "
