"The individual was very understanding about my neighbor kid spilling my drink all over the box. It ... " (more) now smells, and is stained. There was no way that i would have sent that to her, for that is rude, and so very wrong. I abhor lying, and liars.....these people, liars, don't mix with my lifestyle.
Anyways, we talked, and she was really cool, and asked me to refund the credits, but I did not know if I had to call you in these types of situations!! I have a father with Parkinson's Disease, and caring for him, along with the crummy thing I go, and get on a weekly basis(more than once a week for now), I just remembered today when checking my emails again.
I am truly sorry, and did put in a note about not being able to ship this out if a person did not want the stain. I wanted to make all aware.
