"Although I didn't receive all the movies that i won from this auction I am going to leave neutr ... " (more)al feedback because I did receive 5 out of the 9 that I won! I don't know what happened! The seller stated they had to ship half one day and half another day because they ran out of postage and envelopes. About a couple weeks pasted by and still nothing although I had sent this seller messages and the last message I had sent I got no response for a couple of days although they had been signing on every day so i decided to file a dispute before the full 30 days was up after the auction ended because after then the transaction would've been "COMPLETE" and at that point you can not file for a dispute or even contact Listia about it because it is "COMPLETE". This seller then responded to the dispute stating that the movies were "all sent together" and if I had received one I had received them all BUT they didn't meantion to Listia that they had shipped half and half on TWO different days!!! I received the first set of movies but not the second set and the movies I told the seller I was really interested in getting I NEVER received those movies!!! They were newer movies too, more so than the others!!! I was really bummed and I told Listia that I was only looking for a refund for the amount of the ones I have not yet received (the 4 movies out of 9) but they ended up refunding the entire ending credit amount. I feel bad because the 7,050 was for all 9 movies and not for just 5 and seeing I didn't get 4 I think it's only fair that the seller keep the credits for the 5 movies I did receive but maybe Listia didn't take credits out of this sellers account. I am not sure but I did get a refund. Listia is addictive but if you are not able to offer free shipping for every item you post, it is okay! I would've paid for shipping if it were stated, but it wasn't. Furthermore, a lot are scare on money and on a budget so they tend to find auctions that offer free shipping but there is nothing wrong with posting shipping charges for an auction because if someone really wants an item they will bid on it. I hope all is well with this seller though."
