"This person has anger management issues. She said she couldn't get the GPS to work and called ... " (more)it defective junk on her first message. I tried to help her, but she just kept getting nastier and nastier. I offered to refund her credits, but that still didn't make her happy. When she finally returned the device, it worked perfectly. Of course I made a video proving that it worked as she called me a liar and worse. This is my first negative and in retrospect I should have contested the dispute as the problem is obviously with the user, not the device. "
