"I received my earrings, but they were damaged. I told the seller about this and was told to send a ... " (more) photo to a different site address. I responded that I would, but was busy doing something else at the time, but would do it at this address. I changed my mind, as I felt like I shouldn't have to just to prove that the earrings were damaged during shipping. I originally had to wait a while for the seller to send the product out to me. At first the seller told me that all the products that she sent out for my auction & others weren't received so she had to re-purchase all products. Due to my the seller not properly packaging my earrings one of them had the post broke off it and the other had the post bent and could not be fixed. I asked the seller if she could replace them or refund my credits, but as I stated was told to send a photo of them. So instead I'm giving her a neutral feedback. I would not bid on this sellers auctions anymore due to her not packaging the product well and also because she is slow to ship product."
