" (more)d asked her to be patient since the package was in the postal services hands and she basically dismissed that and told me patience did not matter...Nothing but irrelevant complaints and banter. I sent a small baggie of lavendar buds to her that is completely flat in a normal envelope and claims that the baggie was opened on the inside when I am positiive it was not. This is something that can surely ship first class in a normal envelope since I was the one who paid for the shipping, if the post office tears up the envelope between the time I release it to them and the time you receive it, my apologies."
