If he had been patient, I actually went to the post office the same day I refunded his credits. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and wait up to 2 weeks to dispute. I think it is extremely rude to leave negative feedback to a seller that has 100 positive ratings and no negatives. Clearly their were extenuating circumstances. I've not been contacted before, been contacted but never received my item etc. the worst feedback I've ever left has been neutral. "
