I never said I was not sympathetic to your personal situation but that I didnt understand how it was my responsibility for it. You expected to keep the movie and a full refund. I even said to mail it postage due and I would pay for postage ..AGAIN and get a refund and you choose not too. I however do not appreciate nasty emails calling ..completely childish in what should have been a very simple process. I would never buy or sell to this person ever again...please beware when buying or selling to her ..she expects everything for nothing!"
