" (more)lem with you getting your points back and would appreciate if you could email the photos of the damage to me at sashaburge@yahoo.com so that I can address your complaints with the post office since I handed the brand new item to them and they chose the packaging so I thought that everything was done correctly. I do apologize for the damage but I had no way of checking my emails on my cruise and mailed the item brand new before leaving and had only opened the package to add the extra candles as a courtesy. I have learned a huge lesson from this experience and spent a lot of my own in shipping all of my items. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
