The dispute stated she recieved the item bent and she BENT it so it would be straight and when she did they BROKE. She then demanded listia refund her credits if I didnt. I cant control what happens to the item once it leaves my hands but I would do anything to have subsituted the item being damaged. But in the case when a winner DEMANDS a refund and threatens me with a negative, I dont think they deserve it. Listia DENIED her request and the transaction is finished. I would not reccomend this Buyer and I would block her from your auctions because if not Im sure she'll be demanding to you aswell. She is blocked from my auctions!!!!"
