" (more) seller avoided me for 2 1/2 days, I ahd to send her messages within those 2 1/2 days, I guess she felt that contacting the raffle winner was more important then the actual auction winner! When she did contact me she said that she had not been on Listia due to the fact that her child was sick, I personaly checked everyday after the auction ended to see if the seller had been on Listia both days following the end of the auction and it showed that she was on Listia both days! The fact that her child was sick, maybe true but the child was sick the week of the auction and she had pleanty of time to leave a comment letting the buyer's know that the item was not going to be sent out until the end of November and she chose not to! I personaly could not wait that long due to the fact that I bidded on this auction to give as a gift to a child for her B-Day so I would not have received it in time to be able to do so therefore I requested a refund and the seller REFUSED to return my credits so I had to FIGHT to get them back! Listia did give them back and now she's mad at me because she didn't get her way! so needless to say she is doing everything to try to make me look like the bad guy in all of this further more her raffle had nothing to do with me period that was something extra that she decieded to do and no matter what I do, she should still follow through with the raffle period! " (more)nformed her I may not be able to ship out until the 28th due to my son being sick and having to get him medication she accused me of being a liar and opened a dispute against me. She won a hamster set from me which was not cheap and on top of that I was kind enough to include a raffle to help someone out who was in need. I am very hard on money right now and have been coming on here to get my son things for Christmas, I am a single mom with no job yet I still help others out by doing raffles and putting good items on here and this was the thank you I got from this person was a spit in the face. It is people like her that make being on listia unpleasant and makes people afraid to be kind hearted. When she opened the case against me I was going to cancel the raffle as well but I had already notified the winner and it was honestly not fair to punish someone else for someone else's selfishness.
