"Seller refused to send her postal address ... " (more), so I can send payment. Seller didn't send address until I filed a dispute. By then, I no longer needed the item, as this was suppose to be for a project that I was working on. Seller didn't want to get charged fees when using paypal. I had so much trouble with this seller, trying to get her to do a simple thing by providing her address and all she kept on sending me was her email address.
