I had filed the dispute that morning at 7am and according to mail confirmation it wasn't mailed out until almost 1 that same day. The toys were as described and granddaughter loves them but because of the poor communication and the fact I have no clue when and if she would have ever mailed them out I will never bid on her auctions again.
