It wasn't until I requested my credits back & than they responded. They claimed they sent the item & I am happy I never canceled my credit refund because I never received anything in the mail even after they said they did. I sent my address thru the listia and it was verified. They had poor communication. I wish I would have never bid on their item if I knew I wasn't going to receive anything.
