I updated the buyer consistently with company phone#s and names. The one lapse of contact was due to loss of internet access anywhere for a week. The only Listia access I had was on my cell phone-on which I had problems messaging anyone thru Listia. Rather than wonder if something went wrong, the winner assumed the worst. "
