" (more)a FAKE delivery confirmation number after taking my 19000 [!!] points, pretending to send me 100 stamps. when i asked for the correct number, she then said the post office had not scanned the number, and therefore 'the package was being returned to her.' however, as a bookseller, i have been sending books and other parcels for nearly 20 years, and the post office NEVER returns parcels just because an employee at the p.o. 'forgot to scan the package.' NEVER. they simply scan it somewhere along the route and voila! the parcel shows up on the tracking site. this person is a point thief scammer, plain & simple. even if her story WERE true, all she had to do was let me know ahead of time what was happening, rather than waiting silently, saying nothing at all, until i finally asked about the package two weeks later. That's common sense, folks. does saying so make me 'rude?' well, so be it then. The auction ended April 8th! how long should i have waited before asking about this? " (more) if I could give it...this seller is rude rude rude...there was a PO mistake NOT ME the post office and I have NO control over that at all NONE....and I told the buyer I would refund ASAP if they requested a refund and that I was truly sorry and still he was RUDE to me saying I didnt inform him until after he contacted me...I didnt inform him because the PO said they werent sure if the stamps would be returned or if he would get them so I was waiting to see if he received them so that makes me a BAD seller...but I did refund his credits to him as soon as I received the request...I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE POST OFFICE and believe it or not THEY DO SCREW UP SOMETIMES....would NOT deal with again...I cant stand rude people even though I am the one who said I would refund the credits immediately if he wanted a refund he was still RUDE!!!!"Apr 23rd 2012, 6:18:11 PM PDT (over 13 years ago)FREE SHIPPING -
