I really do not feel that is my responsibility when it says free shipping. I wouldn't have had any problem if the seller had clearly stated in there listing that winner had to pay delivery or tracking confirmation charges. and not waited Till after auction when I asked to tell Quote "I will be shipping basic via Stamp.. so unfortunately no tracking.
If you want to pay for tracking you may do so as well..
