I waited 7 more days and still didn't have it, so I filed a dispute. 4 days later he told me that he checked the tracking and would get them Wednesday and send them. So I dropped the dispute. 3 days later I asked him if he sent them. He said he wasn't getting them. I was mad so I filed the dispute again. He gave back the credits.
