Everything started fine, I sent $10 for shipping & correct 'ship to' address but seller omitted a critical part of it and post office could not deliver. PO sent item back to seller. Seller wanted me to pay total shipping cost to resend even though it was SELLER's ERROR. I reported to Paypal and tranaction was reversed. Seller got to keep their item.
