" (more)r had okay communication and I was able to get my credits back for the broken product (it may be batteries like she said but all 4 button batteries didnt work and most people don't have those laying around - auction said nothing about ALL possibly being dead). It took me about a MONTH to get the credits back b/c she wanted me to pay return shipping. BUT IN THE END I was happy so I'm leaving this as positive.
