"Buyer was a member of a site called IZEA an ... " (more)d had them send me shipping thru paypal...they sent her whole account bal of $22.10 instead of $5. I decided not to keep this payment and refunded it in full. She wanted me to send her the difference but it is too risky and I could have lost out if a claim was opened on the paypal payment for not having gone to the rightful account holder. She is angry with me for not refunding he the difference and blames me that she has now lost the whole payment from IZEA which is not my responsibility. She filed a claim on this auction and refused to send shipping directly...accused me of being a scam artist. She has been blocked and lost her claim against me.
