This is a brief of what happened - I won 3 sets, I e-mailed Kendra that funds would be a few days late which they were and she was "ok" with that. Funds should have been sent 1/30 but out on 2/1. After that, communication went down hill fast. I asked her on 2/7 & 2/8 (as I seen she had been on Listia both days) if she had received funds and shipped - 2/9 she answered yes and shipped, On 2/12 I asked if she had a tracker # and to verify shipped. 2/14 -again she stated they were shipped, but didn't say there was a tracker # . 2/17 I again asked for a tracker # if any, 2/18 she stated again they were shipped but did not say if she put a tracker on them. She also stated she did not know I asked and stated she had not been on Listia nor face book as I informed her I tried to contact her thru face book also. However, anybody that knows Listia , knows you can always see when the last time a person has signed on - she signed on several times during all this but I played heck getting her to respond back. In her own words in her auctions she states she ships out the day she receives funds or the next day after funds received. This was defiantly not the case nor has it been with past winners that I have spoken to. 2/23 and 2/25 I sent her a msg again asking if she had a tracker and if they were shipper. She got upset because I was asking. The nails arrived yesterday ALL in one regular envelope, unprotected other then a very thin piece of bubble wrap, This is her comment to one of the watchers of an auction I won - - > ------------------------------------- I can't because they have to be shipped seperate. I'm sorry. The reason I had to start doing it that way is because I had a few complaints about them being damaged when packaged together. :( If you get more than one though, I'll send freebie sets with it. NOT any where close to 2/8 nor 2/14 nor 2/18 which are the dates Kendra stated they had been mailed. SO, be careful winners. She also broke Listia rules by charging $9.99 for shipping funds on the 3 sets, but only pd $1.95 to ship them. This site is not here for people like Kendra to make her spending money.
