"Pictures included in auction were not ... " (more) of the damaged part. A knock off purse is definitely not worth $300, especially when you can't use it. What good is a purse that has a handle breaking off? Yes you had over 100 items, but is it so hard to mention such a big flaw? Definitly stay away from this seller. Totally unwarranted negative, as I did nothing wrong.You paid "a lot" of shipping but that's because you listed it as free shipping. I would have been more than willing to pay for shipping had the item been accurately described.
