"I would like to add more positive feedback ... " (more) on this auction. When I first received the 8 Cute Little Angels, only one of them made the trip in good health. The other seven had arms, legs and wings broken off. I immediately contacted the seller to let him know the shipping outcome. I told him it was OK because it was all free and I was still pleased to have one healthy angel to add to my collection. (I had previously explained to him I had to leave my angel collection behind when I left an abusive marriage and I was trying to build another one.) I explained that the angels had been bubble wrapped and the envelope had "fragile" very visibly written on it, but apparently the postal service did not care. The next thing I know is I am receiving a message from this seller, telling me to expect another package and hopefully, it will make up for the loss! I was shocked that someone would replace a FREE package like that! WOW! But, that surprise was NOTHING compared to what the new package was!! I now have a beautiful angel trio! He sent me TWO angel candlestick holders and a cross that has a matching angel on it! They are gorgeous!!! He made me so happy, I cried. To think he went to all that trouble for me truly brought joy to my heart. Not only that, but each and every message I have received from him has been so kind and touching. I now feel as if I have made a friend. If I could, I would include him in my new angel collection. I feel blessed to know him! I think Listia should give this wonderful man an award above all others for the kind heart and soul he has. He has filled my heart with joy.
