I responded back to her with address, phone # to call prior to arrival, and time someone would be home for call & p/up. She never even opened the response e-mail - instead she e-mailed me back angry stating that I did not respond back to her with info & she gave her hubby the wrong # to call for the p/up. I copied & pasted the e-mail that I had sent to her - she responded back stating "Oh sorry , I didn't look in my e-mail" . Then says to forget the "win" and to repost it.
