"I did not want to leave negative but afte ... " (more)r such nasty comments from seller and emails provoking me I just had to. Seller seems to be decent but i must have angered him in a way that he could not simply just work with me. I was called crazy and disrespected because I was not happy with item. I chose to return item to seller because seller was so hostile. Others have had great success with seller and i assume he is good if auction works, but mine did not and seller got very upset and it has resulted to this. Seller blocked me because I questioned item, I in turn blocked seller. Listia had to get involved for me to be able to get refund. Whole auction just turned ugly. I feel seller will be ok in most deals but if something goes wrong WATCH OUT! You will see in response that seller is very aggressive. Which is why our deal did not work. She left me Negative yesterday, and Listia stepped in and stated "Listia Settled" w/ a Neutral on both of our sides....THEN I get an email that states that they are changing the decision...The ONLY reason this aggressive woman made me angry was BECAUSE she sent me a NASTY email after she won this item!! Of course I defended myself...who wouldn't?!?! And work with her??? After what she said in the email?? Oh No!! She said she would leave me a Negative and request credits back....there was nothing to work out!! I told her in the email back if she had been a little nice I could of just given her credits back!! I will surely forward the emails to ANY member who would just like to see that conversation! I wasn't hostile...she was the one hostile. Listia made her send me the DS back, which she did - NO CHARGER WAS RETURNED though! She told Listia she never received it! UNTRUE..otherwise this nasty woman would of certainly said something about THAT in the beginning! I blovked her because she was OUT OF CONTROL!! Do not believe anything this woman states...compare our feedback...let THAT speak for itself!! She stated in the email that she was going to use the TOP PART of this DS...ummm...you mean for parts as the auction stated?!?! She's just mad because when she got it it didn't work! Ummm...wow, again, as the Auction stated. I'm FURIOUS with Listia letting this non-medicated lady get by with this! I did everything I was supposed to do and I get some general excuse from some moderator that this is Listis's policy?!?!? I don't think so!! No doubt this woman went crying to Listia after she couldn't get her way...that's OK...Karma will get her back...oh wait, her feedback has done that already!
