" (more)in shipping - I recommend in the future that you use some additional bubble wrap and don't bend items like this to fit in a certain sized evelope that may not be optimal. I was able to bend the piece back into shape but it doesn't lay exactly the way it should and will always have a week spot from the bend.It got so smached in the automated postal machine it;s lucky the crystals themselves weren't also broken.
