Hand Wash Separately in Cold Water, Do Not Wring nor Twist; Dry Cleanable Garment is Marked Small But Will Definitely Fit Sizes 10-12. Can easily be worn as a knee-length skirt. 22" Long. Tres Chic CONFUSION OVER SIZE: Designers size garments differently than mass garment manufacturers. It's even on a size 12 hanger. I was a PLUMP size 12 when I bought it and needed to lose 10 lbs. to wear it. I feel a slim size 12 person would have a nice fit. Definitely fit a size 10. THE WAIST MEASURES 26"

I explained in Comments Section. It's a small and it has a 26" inch waist. Designer garments are sized differently than mass market garment manufacturers. It will definitely fit a size 10 and a regular to slim size 12

I bought this when I was a PLUMP size 12 and knew I had to lose 10 lbs to wear it. So it's either a slim 12 or a size 10. I suppose I'd better edit the auction to read a size 10 but if you were just a slim 12 it would fit.

I am now a size 10 or 12 and I can tell you that my waist might have been 26" when I was 41 and couldn't find clothes small enough, but now it's not even close>>>it is 34" !
