I have no idea what this is or what it is for-but it is pretty pink, white and silvertone. Someone suggested a baby bracelet and I tend to agree but just not sure. The straight end will go thru the heart for easy on and off for a baby. Anyway, hope someone can use it because it is darling. US Only Thanks

They would have to have a mighty tiny wrist because when it is looped thru -i t looks so small-course im a large person so lots look small to me. lol.
