These leggings are made by Liz & Me Sport. The material is 90% cotton, 10% spandex--a very soft knit material. Very stretchy. They are meant to be lightly form fitting. They have a full elastic waist and no pockets for a totally smooth look. Perfect for wearing with your favorite outfit or just for lounging. Measurements are unstretched. The waist will stretch as far as the hip measurement. The color is black.
I have the size 4X pictured.

4X: waist: 50" hip: 60" inseam: 29"
5X: waist: 54" hip: 64" inseam: 29"
